Return & Cancellation Policy

At Positive Gaines Custom Designs, each product is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• All sales are final.

• Please review all product details, sizes, colors, and personalization before completing your order.

• For custom designs, proofs or previews (if provided) should be reviewed carefully before approval. Once approved, the design will move to production and cannot be changed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please get in touch with us within 1 day of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.

❌ Cancellations

• Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if production has not yet begun.

• After 24 Hours / Once in Production: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production or customization has started.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at michael@positivegaines.com with a photo and order details. We will review the issue and provide the best possible resolution.
